Harvest of the Garden
I’ll grow a variety of vegetables in my garden. Here is plenty of different products, i want to show you.

Carrots are loaded with vitamin A & K, beta carotene and calcium. It can lower your diabetes risk and strengten your bones
The artichoke from my garden looks like ginger, but it's completely different food. Artichoke can lower the cholesterol and provides protein. Watch the space, when you plant it.
Parsnips are rich in antioxidant and helps with your digestion and fights off infections, because of the vitamin C.

In my basket you can find apple cucumbers and different variations of onions. Apple cucumbers helps you to reduce inflammation, because of the vitamins and minerals. Onions are rich in fructans (type of prebiotic) and antioxidants, which reduce inflammation and leading to optimal digestive function.
My coloful squash provides you with high amounts of vitamin B6 and fiber
Garlic has a lot of benefits, such as reducing the risk of liver injury and boosting your heart health.
